AESSEAL runs a company wide fully integrated management system known as QuEST covering Quality, Environment, (Health and) Safety and Training. Carried across the company intranet, the QuEST management system includes corporate policies and procedures and ensures continual improvement in performance through QuEST objectives and targets supported by detailed management programmes. The QuEST system is certified to ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and Investors in People.

Mark Johnson, Quality Assurance Manager, has overall responsibility for the QuEST management system and reports directly to the Board of Directors.
