The QuEST Management System, as described in the QuEST Manual, complies with BS EN ISO 9001 and includes the mechanism for the establishment and review of quality objectives.

The Company is fully committed to continually improving the effectiveness of the QuEST Management System to maximise customer satisfaction.

The AESSEAL over-riding philosophy is to put the customer first and to ensure that their needs and expectations are met in full and even exceeded.
