AESSEAL® has a number of Reliability Centres located throughout the world.
These centres are focused on providing rotating equipment reliability, over and above the primary sealing device and system.
The reliability improvement services offered comprise upgrade and full refurbishment options for bad acting equipment, laser alignment, thermal camera imaging, oil sampling and condition monitoring.
The AESSEAL® Reliability Centres have a team of technicians who focus on repairing and upgrading all types of rotating equipment.
The team’s experience covers most makes, models and types of pumps ranging from end suction, centrifugal, vacuum, rotary lobe, progressive cavity, reciprocating, vane and multi-stage pumps.
During the Reliability Improvement process all equipment entering the premises is firstly given a unique identification number. This remains with the item throughout its life for future traceability.
As the equipment, such as a pump, enters the ISO system at the disassembly process, the root cause failure is identified. Parts are then steam cleaned, shot blasted (where appropriate), replaced and/or upgraded before reassembly, painting and testing. Repaired rotating equipment leaves the AES Reliability Centres in pristine condition, often unrecognisable from when it arrived.
